We have similar rule on site on driving while making cell phone calls is prohibited. Again mobile phone calls are not allowed at fuel and gas station as well
This slogan is for cell phone use while driving. Our company policy restricts all cell phone use while driving on a public roadway or performing our daily job tasks.

Whta country are you in? In Australia, using a phone while driving is illegal and attracts a huge fine. Does your company restrict for all jobs or just those that involve operating machinery?
